The Strengths Lab is running a competition to find Tanzania Builders. Students who win the competition will have the opportunity of a lifetime to attend either the Omaha Builders internship (June) or Capital Builders-Student internship (July) in the United States. We are looking for students who are committed to making a contribution to the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Tanzania. In the internship the winner will be invited to attend, they will work with a team to design products around their “why”, receive coaching from local entrepreneurs, and performance-based pay– all while learning the steps of a start-up by bringing a business of their own to life!
